Refund Policy

1Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when you can get your money back for software licences, add-ons and subscriptions bought on this website.

2Eligibility

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as the licence has not been activated on any installation.

3Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and that period is not refunded in part.

4Always refunded

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• The licence could not be delivered or activated and we could not fix it.
• The product is materially not as described on its page.

Where only part of an order is affected, we may refund that part.

5Not refundable

• Licences used in breach of our Terms of Service.
• Requests made after the refund window, other than the cases above.
• Fees charged by your bank or card issuer, such as currency conversion.

6How to request a refund

Email support@alphaxp.net or open a support request from your licence portal with your order number or licence key and the reason. We reply within 2 business days.

7Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. The licence covered by a refund is deactivated.

8Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually resolve it faster. Licences under an open dispute are suspended until it is settled.

9Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
