1Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the software, licences, add-ons and services sold by CODE HARBOR TECHNOLOGIES ("we", "us") on this website. By placing an order or using what you bought, you agree to these Terms. If you are buying for a company, you confirm you may bind it to them.

2What we sell

We sell digital products: software licences, add-ons, subscriptions and related services. Each product page states what is included, the licence term, and the number of installations or seats it covers. Nothing physical is shipped — delivery is electronic.

3Orders, prices and taxes

Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency before you pay. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is shown and added at checkout. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects an order you have already paid for. We may refuse or cancel an order we reasonably believe is fraudulent or placed in error, and refund any amount taken.

4Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers over an encrypted connection. Card details are entered on the provider's secure page and never reach or are stored on our servers. You authorise us and our payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout, and for subscriptions, the recurring amount on each renewal date until you cancel.

5Delivery

Your licence key or access is delivered by email and in your licence portal as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider — usually within minutes. If you have not received it within 24 hours, contact us and we will resend it.

6Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product within the limits of the plan you bought. You may not resell, sublicense, share licence keys publicly, remove licence checks, or use the product for anything unlawful. We may suspend a licence used in breach of these Terms.

7Subscriptions and renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your licence portal or by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges.

8Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9Intellectual property

The software, documentation and branding remain the property of CODE HARBOR TECHNOLOGIES and its licensors. Buying a licence gives you the right to use the product, not ownership of it.

10Warranty and liability

We provide the products with reasonable care and skill but "as is", without warranties beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data.

11Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version that applies to an order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top shows the last change.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Nothing in them removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
